Qashani Nadim al-Rahat

Nadim is an unbelievably sweet boy who as a baby was the cuddliest of the pups, always ready to climb into your lap to look up at you with those beautiful dark eyes of his. A real charmer. He loves snuggling and is so very tender and loving. He is very elegantly and stylishly built yet moderate and strong.

Nadim is more than just a cute face though, and can be quite the  scoundrel when he races about at full tilt. His full name Qashani Nadim al-Rahat means "intimate friend from Rahat", Rahat being the place in the Negev desert where the litter's sire's family originates from.

Nadim stayed at home longer than planned due to the fact that he broke two toes when his foot got lodged between rocks when running. His foot has healed completely and there is no sign of the injury. In April 2006 Nadim moved to Czechia to brighten the days of my friend Nata. Nata has previous experience of desert Salukis in the form of Lahoob who was from Kuwait. They are moved back to Finland in 2007.

Nadim and his family as moving from Helsinki to the Finnish countryside in the autumn of 2008, where he will have a fenced yard as his playground. He is a very active, passionate and strong young man.

Nadim made his ring debut in Czechia, his best result was 1/1 in youngsters, with an "excellent" and a CAJC. The judge was Radana Mareshová.

Nadim has enthusiastically chased deer and enjoys the company of his human sibling, little Ronja.
